Mochi Culture in Hawaii (documentary), 2009
Aiea Hongwanji sponsors an annual Mochi-making event each year around the holidays. It invites spectators to participate in the tradition art of mochi making. Mochi rice is soaked, steamed and pounded, before being rolled into circular balls of delight. It's a community effort!
